It won't take long for you to see that our Kids to Kids staff and volunteers are some of the most amazing, generous people you'll ever meet. They're committed to creating positive change in the world, and their enthusiasm is contagious.

You can participate by donating the gently used books your family no longer reads. Hold a book drive in your neighborhood or through a local community organization. Become a volunteer, or send a tax deductible donation.

Cleaning Parties

We host weekly book cleanings at these four senior centers:

Boulder City Senior Center
1001 Arizona St.
When: Every Friday morning

Henderson Senior Center
27 E. Texas Ave.
When: Every Tuesday at 9:00 a.m.

Lieburn Senior Center
6230 Garwood Ave.
When: Every first and third Wednesday

Derfelt Senior Center
3343 W. Washington Ave.
When: 2nd, 4th Friday of the month, 1:30 p.m.

Las Vegas Senior Citizens Center
451 E. Bonanza Road

Dula Gym
441 E. Bonanza Road
When: 2nd Wednesday of each month, 12:30 p.m.

Our Volunteers Rock

Two classes of developmentally challenged young adults also clean books on a regular basis. One class is at Helen J. Stewart School and the other is at Foothill High School.
