The Space
Make your way inside this stylish, North Pacific Beach home and be greeted with gorgeous interior design and sun-filled spaces with everything you could need for a relaxing stay.

Gather together in the living space on the inviting sofas and unwind by the faux fireplace while you stream all your favorites on the Smart TV.

Stock up at the open-air farmers market and cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in this gourmet kitchen that comes fully equipped with high-end appliances and plenty of spices and oil to get you started. There’s a fridge/freezer with a filtered water/ice dispenser, a built-in oven and microwave, a seamless cooktop, coffee maker, and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up.

Serve up your meals at the dining table for six with additional seating up at the sleek breakfast bar or if you don’t feel like cooking, treat yourself to a night out with countless restaurants, cafes, and bars all within a short walk or drive away.

Slide open the floor-to-ceiling glass doors to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space that steps out onto the wrap-around balcony giving you uninterrupted 180-degree views out across downtown and the ocean. • Design Consultation: A meeting with Natali to explore vision, discuss fabrics, and define unique style.
• Custom Illustrated Rendering: The Client will receive a one-of-a-kind sketch by Natali illustrating the proposed design. This includes one round of revisions to ensure alignment with the overall vision.
• Measurement Session: An in-store appointment where our team will take precise measurements to ensure a flawless fit.
• Initial Mockup Fitting: A progress fitting using a “muslin” or prototype garment. While this isn’t the final fabric, the Client will have samples of textiles and linings on hand for reference during the fitting.
• Construction Fitting: An in-person fitting of your garment crafted in the final selected fabric.
• Final Fitting & Collection: The concluding appointment to ensure every detail is perfect before the Client takes home thier piece.

A Note on Consultations
Since Natali does not live local to Vegas, we cannot guarantee Natali’s physical presence at every fitting, although we make every effort to coordinate her schedule with clients. If she is unable to attend in person, she will join the session via Zoom to oversee the fittings process, as she is heavily involved throughout.
