Community Book Nook
Spread the Word Nevada’s Community Book Nook is a welcoming space where community members can discover the joy of reading and take home free, gently used books to build their own home libraries. Open to the public, the Book Nook features hundreds of titles generously donated by the community; books that, while not part of our core distribution programs, still have the power to spark imagination and foster a lifelong love of reading.
Community members can browse a wide selection of age-appropriate books for children from birth through high school, making it easy to find stories that match every stage of a child’s reading journey. By increasing access to books at home, the Community Book Nook helps support literacy development and encourages families to read together.
Whether you’re a parent looking to inspire your child’s reading journey or an educator seeking additional classroom materials, the Community Book Nook is here to connect books with the people who need them most.
