Nevada State Bank is proud to support Spread the Word Nevada through a “Virtual Book Drive”! Join us online as we raise funds to help to change the lives of at-risk children in Nevada, one book at a time.
STWN is the state’s largest children’s literacy nonprofit and has distributed more than 5.8 million free books to children in need since its inception in 2001. We are thrilled to help propel this important cause forward and get books into the hands and homes of our communities at-risk children.
Join us online during the month of April (April 5 – 30, 2021) as we raise funds to help to change lives, one book at a time. Participate in Jeans Days during the month of April (9, 16, 23 & 30) by donating $5 for each Friday – donate right here on our Virtual Book Drive page! We are also hosting a physical book donation drive at our Las Vegas and Reno Metro branches; you may donate new and/or gently used books; information on the physical book drive may be referenced in NewsLink or you may contact Susan Stanton, Human Resources Manager, via email: Susan.Stanton@nsbank.com.
